We would like to confirm that the Decree # 208 regarding paid leave DAY JUNE 17th, which is Fathers Day Holiday, remains in force and therefore it should be granted as paid leave to women and men in the public and private sector.
We remind you that employees working on June 17 (Father’s Day),will receive a salary composed by extraordinary salary (ordinary salary plus a surcharge of 100%) and if overtime work is needed, the calculation for the payment of the respective charges will be based on the aforementioned extraordinary salary.
